We aim to complete all assignments within the timelines communicated to the client.
Delivery periods may vary depending on the nature of the service, the availability of required information, the complexity of the assignment, and the response times of relevant third parties.
For services involving government agencies or other external institutions, processing times are determined by the relevant institution and may be beyond our control.
Any advertised turnaround time, including business registration within 24 hours, is subject to the applicable service requirements, successful submission, and any external processing requirements. It is not a guarantee of government approval or processing time.

Where applicable, the agreed service may include a specified number of revisions.
Any revision outside the agreed scope, including substantial changes to an approved design, business plan, written content, or other deliverable, may attract an additional charge.
We will communicate any additional charges before proceeding.
Clients are encouraged to provide clear instructions and review deliverables carefully before approving the final work.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
If a client wishes to cancel a service, they should contact us as soon as possible.
Refund eligibility will depend on the nature of the service, the work already completed, and any third-party costs or non-refundable fees incurred.
Where work has not commenced, a refund may be considered in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
Where work has commenced, charges may be applied to work completed and costs already incurred.
Government fees, application fees, and other third-party charges are subject to the refund policies of the relevant institution or service provider.
Nothing in this section limits any refund or cancellation rights that a client may have under applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Smart Business Solutions Kenya retains ownership of its original templates, working methods, and pre-existing materials.
Upon full payment, the client may use the final deliverables created specifically for them for the agreed purpose, subject to any third-party licensing restrictions.
Clients must not reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit our original templates or materials without our written permission.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide do not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

We respect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients.
Information and documents provided to us will be used for the purpose of delivering the requested services, communicating with clients, processing payments, and meeting applicable legal obligations.
We will take reasonable steps to protect client information against unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.
Where a service requires information to be submitted to a government agency, payment provider, or other relevant third party, the information may be shared to the extent necessary to complete the requested service.
Our handling of personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable Kenyan data protection laws.
Clients should not share passwords, PINs, or other sensitive security credentials unless strictly necessary. Where possible, clients should complete sensitive authentication steps themselves.
